In the event that the drilling did not remove the fastener, you now have an access hole to permit penetrant a route to get behind the fastener to permit conventional removal utilizing an easy-out. In the event that the aforemenioned does not work, insert a length of bar stock into the now resultant hole, wire feed weld to the defective fastener and remove with vise gripes while the unit is still hot.Ed
