Discombobulating an ATV...

Been having alot of trouble with a kid and his ATV riding roughshod over the whole place after I head to work on the weekends. The neighbors all see him but I can't catch him in the act. I was picking up trash on the fence down by the highway and found where he hides the thing under a bridge. What can I do fairly quickly to make the thing run poorly and quit eventually? I don't want to ruin in, as in draining the oil, and nothing dangerous like unhooking a brake, but I'd like to make it sick enough to where he has to get it back home and maybe work on it for three or four years until he gets interested in females!!!
