I don't want upset you, but did you check the coolant on that tractor before you bought it? I've looked at several 4030s and all had oil in the antifreeze. Seems the 4030 was prone to cavitation of the sleeves. If the coolant is clean, make sure you put conditioner in to prevent cavitation. Can't help you with the lights, as I've never seen a 4030 with SGB in these parts, only fender and ROPS tractors.
