I have a 300 with fast hitch and a three bottom plow, probably similar to what you have. There are several hydraulic levers. Tractors may have one, two or three, depending how they were equiped. If you have fast hitch, there should be a minimum of two. Make sure that the hoses are connected. Investigate the fast hitch mechinism, there may be a "pin" inserted some where to keep it in the up position since some will leak internally and let the plow go down when the engine isn't running. I know there is a place to lock the "front" or depth control but don't remember ever seeing any on the hitch itself for the "rear". If you can give more details I can try to help. An owners manual is a must.
