I'm looking to buy a 400. I noticed quite a few of these without TA's. I have actually found one close to my house. Seems like a good tractor with the exception of the fact that the TA has been removed. Once whatever has been done to by-pass the TA, can they be made operational again? Are TA's unreliable or just expensive when they finally do break?
