O.T. How thick to plant Alfalfa, orchard grass r

I used Roundup burn down last fall on an old depleted sod field and plowed it about a month later. I had the soil tested and boy does it need a lot of fertilizer! The ground is all worked and looks great. I'm going to roll it first and then have the local elevator use their Ro-gator to air apply the fertilizer, alfalfa, orchard grass and rye mix all in one trip and then run the roller one more time. I'm planning on 15# alfalfa, 5# orchard grass and 5# annual rye grass per acre for my sheep. Is this about the right mix? Any better ideas?
