removing fan on 400

I am trying to remove the ajustable pully for the fan belt. I have posted a pic of the pully and the fan end. what I cant figure out is how does the spring loaded part on the end of the shaft that the fan is mounted on and how do I get it off. What do I do with the bolt on the end. does it pound out or what? if pic does not show up go to link and look at bottom pic.
