Sandblasting or grinder brush?

I'm restoring a Farmall 400 and am wondering if I should go to the cost of a sandblaster or if a grinder with a brush will do just as good of a job? I was also wondering if there is any precautions I need to take with the tractor when using a grinder with a brush on certain spots. I'd appreciate any advice. Oh yeah this will be a show tractor when done if that makes any difference on what I should use. Thanks.
