Mower selection

OK, you've all convinced me that what I want is a rear mount 60" finish mower for my 8N. I've found a Woods RM59 in "as is" condition for $450, that looks a bit rusty from sitting all summer, but otherwise well-maintained. I can buy a new "brand-x" from the tractor supply places for about the same money. The mower will get occasional use... say 6 times a summer, 6 acres. Should I pop for the Woods, on the theory that the brand x is going to be more expensive in the long run, or will I get good service from the brand x mower?
