Oiling Problem

I just completed a Rebuild of the C113 motor in my 1945 BN. After I warmed the motor up for the first time (And I must say the old girl really ran well)I pulled the valve cover back off to make sure the valves were set correctly. What I found it that very very little oil was getting to the rocker shaft. Most of the oil is leaking from the area were the head and the stand off meet. Question I have is there a gasket that goes in this area or something else to seal this area off so that oil is directed up and into the rocker shaft
