PTO pump vibration problem

I have an Oliver Super 77 with a Farmhand loader and pto pump on it. My problem is that the pump sends a bad vibration through the tractor when it runs. I have tried a number of mounting and dampening ideas and none seem to work. The pto drivetrain operates fine when the pump is removed and with other equipment. Interestingly, I recently replaced the pto driveshaft, splined hub, bearings, and clutches and the vibration started only after doing so. It worked better when the pto drivetrain was extremely worn and the bearings were shot. Does this make sense? Anyone experience similar problems with their pumps? The biggest problem is my pto clutch housing is in the way so that I cannot slide the pump fully onto the pto shaft? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
